Artur’s Last Fight & Result
In his last fight, Beterbiev faced off Callum Smith in a thrilling bout on Saturday, January 13, 2024, in Videotron Centre, Quebec City, Canada. Artur showed no mercy and brutally dominated the fight against Callum Smith.
Beterbiev was aggressive from the word start and worked heavily on Callum’s body. In the 2nd round, Callum showed some resistance, hitting jabs back at Artur. But this further ignited the Canadian boxer and he smacked Callum in each round till the 7th round. A right-hand hit caused Callum to fall but he somehow managed to beat the count and get onto his feet.
Artur again showed his punishing skills and made sure Smith did not have enough energy to keep up the fight. Soon, Callum’s trainer intervened and asked the referees to end the fight. By winning this fight, Beterbiev retained his WBC, IBF, and WBO light-heavyweight titles.
